This frame was commissioned for "Deepest Darkest" by Mequitta Ahuja, 2005. It was part of Houston Collects: African American Art at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston which showcased the institutional and private efforts to collect, document and preserve African American art in Houston during the 20th and 21st centuries.
